Occupy, Backsight, and Observations

When the corresponding branch is selected in the Data Tree, the Details Panel shows the occupy point, backsight point information, or the data associated with observations.

Note: The observations branch described here is the one situated as a sub-branch of Setups.

The top level Observations branch shows all the observations in the entire project without respect to any specific setup.
